THE OPPORTUNITY

- Working for a well-known British film company based in Soho, London.

- Working directly for the key members of the Sales & Distribution branch.

- Assisting Sales, Distribution, Marketing & Post-Production of one of the UK's fastest growing film companies. Developing your skills and understanding of the industry alongside established Executives and Producers


THE ROLE

- Liaising with the Marketing Executive to assure all marketing content is gathered and well organised on an internal server

- Liaising with Deliverable's Agents both internal and external from Distribution partners to assure the delivery and receipt of all deliverables and digital content

- Liaising with Producers to assure content delivery is correct and on schedule

- Assure the security and back-up of all company files

- Creation of screening material for film markets events and screenings

- Managing technical aspects of Film Market attendance

- Assisting with the smooth running of the IT infrastructure

- Managing the upload and download of files

- Managing off-site backups


SKILLS REQUIRED

- Excellence in technical troubleshooting

- Experience with IT infrastructure

- Knowledge of Video and Audio codecs and file formats

- Knowledge of Graphic Design and Image file formats.

- Organisational skills

- Knowledge of film screening protocol

- Experience in Film Distribution standard practises advantageous

- Web development/administration experience advantageous (wordpress)
