We are looking for a Development Senior Researcher or Development Assistant Producer with at least 2-years experience in a similar role. The right candidate will be full of ideas for youth focused documentaries and factual programming. You will have good understanding and a keen interest in the current documentary landscape and know what works for each major broadcaster. The right candidate will have proven experience fact checking and researching, writing treatments, participating in structured brainstorms, finding and securing access, and have a keen eye for great contributors and keeping them on board.

A high level of written English is essential. Shooting and editing experience at a minimum of taster tape level is required. A full clean driving licence preferred but not essential as this is mainly a desk based role.

Start ASAP. 6-month contract, with 6-week probation period. Salary dependent on experience.
