Development Researcher

London, Soho

We are looking for a development researcher, with a minimum of two-year's experience, to support us on a 4-week project with the possibility of further freelance work.

The role is with CNN International Productions in our London, Soho office and you will be working within the global features production department for the CNN International channel. CNN International Productions produces ~150 hours of factual programming per annum and the department has production hubs based in London, Atlanta, Hong Kong and Abu Dhabi.

Role requirements and responsibilities

This position requires an individual with development researcher production credits and first class research, writing and ideation skills. The ideal candidate will also have demonstrable experience across linear and digital platforms, but this is not essential.

As part of CNN Productions creative development team, you will carry out research in response to creative briefs for television and multi-platform concepts. You will also generate original TV and multi-platform concepts, series and short-form, for the channel.
