We are looking for someone to join our growing team as a Development & Production Assistant.

The role will split between developing new fiction and documentary projects and providing production support for our ongoing projects.

This role is ideal for someone interested in pursuing a career as a creative producer in film and TV, with an eye for making elevated online content.

Responsibilities would include:
-General production department support
-Keeping track of projects in development
-Identifying and meeting new talent for new projects
-Pitching new projects
-Developing original ideas

The ideal candidate will have:
-Production experience.
-Interest in developing projects for traditional broadcasters (BBC/Netflix/Sky etc.), Podcasts or online.
-Interest in working on both scripted and documentary projects.
-Reasonable knowledge of current online talent - for example, from Youtube or TikTok.

You will be reporting directly to our Development producer, though working with the whole team.

This is a full-time position
Office Location - Highbury and Islington
Salary - £28,000 PA
