We are looking for an experienced development researcher/AP/producer or Exec to join our team. We are flexible which role, the most important thing for us is finding the right person.

You will be working in a small team, developing predominately factual / fact ent programmes for a range of UK broadcasters and SVoDs. The role will involve generating ideas, gaining access, casting contributors and talent and writing proposals. The ability to self shoot / edit tasters would be an advantage.

You should be full of ideas, have extensive knowledge of the world of telly and be great at writing briefs. It's a small team, so it's a genuine opportunity to develop your own ideas and get your voice heard.

Our office is based in Chorleywood, so you must be willing to commute here on a daily basis.

We're looking for someone with experience, with a MINIMUM of 12 months working in development. This isn't an entry level position.

You must also have recent and established contacts with at least one SVoD commissioner.
