Development Producer

Remote REMOTE

Zinc conducts media development programming across Central and Eastern Europe, working across platforms, but this is a first-of-its kind effort to support other genres that news-carrying TV channels need to thrive, particularly in the Baltics market.

We are looking for a talented Freelance Development Producer with a passion for innovation and a proven track record in reality TV. The producer will work with Zinc in collaboration with several TV outlets in Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania to develop a first-of-its kind format in the region. We will need you to:

· Conceptualize: Generate three original, high-concept reality TV formats aligning with our vision, with a focus on the following areas: home renovation, amateur national competitions (I.e. choirs), or hobbyists (e.g., the unexpectedly cutthroat world of knitting clubs).

· Pitch: Develop visually compelling pitch materials to effectively communicate and sell the concepts to stakeholders.

· Collaborate: Work closely with production teams, executives, and network partners to ensure the successful execution of at least one developed format into a TV pilot by March 2023.
