I am looking for a really outstanding development producer

Our company are going through a very rapid phase of growth and have six series in production so right now I am planning for next year. In particular I want someone for help developing great factual and specialist factual series for US networks / co-pro with UK factual and specialist factual commissioners.

Our reputation on the US East Coast is very good and we have a great route to market there but I'd appreciate some new ideas to feed those relationships.

Maybe they are access based, maybe they're format or talent led or maybe they are category series that you've got a great new way to tell.

The right candidate will be full of good ideas, they will have developed shows which have sold in the US and the UK. Its quite probable they are currently employed - we will wait for the right person if so. They absolutely must be be creative, focussed on the detail, clever, funny, great writers, hard workers. I would expect that they are very ambitious and indeed a bit cocky in all probability.
