JAM are seeking applications from talented Development Producers for an immediate start to join our fantastic team.

Job Description:

The Development Producer will assist in managing relationships and projects with key talent and source new projects for the slate. They will support all creative aspects of development and pre-production.



Required Skills / Experience:

At least 3 years of content development experience at a production company or similar
Experience in development/production, overseeing a project to delivery and dealing with funding bodies.
A passion for storytelling and creative collaboration.
Detailed planning, time management and organisational skills.
Strong creative instincts with a proficiency in writing / designing pitch decks and treatments
Solid understanding of the children's and family content landscape
A team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Position open to Ireland residents only
This role is available for in house production in Dublin, ROI
