About the company:

We specialise in creating imaginative and engaging content: short, snappy videos, tailor-made to entice the target audience. We make series for BBC Three, BBC Learning and BBC Comedy, as well as many top tech companies. It's an exciting young company and we're looking for someone to grow to have a lot of responsibility very quickly.

Role/Responsibilities:

* Work very closely with the founder
* Managing projects from start to finish
* Handling clients and communicating project progress
* Writing scripts and storyboarding
* Preparing for shoots - shoot schedules, release forms, risk assessments, call sheets, casting, crewing up
* Overseeing shoots
* Managing and directing edit
* Making teaser tapes
* Writing treatments
* Drawing up and tracking delivery schedules and budgets
* Pitching to commissioners

Requirements:

* Creative and highly organised
* Very high attention to detail
* Experience in development
* Passionate about helping grow a business and about the media industry.
* Proven writing experience
* Excellent verbal and written communications skills
* Strong listening and presentation skills
* Ability to manage multiple projects with rapid turnaround, managing time efficiently and prioritizing key deadlines
* BA/BS degree or equivalent
