We are looking for a senior development producer or development exec to join our team in the Autumn.

Must have several years' experience in development, a background working across varied genres from Documentaries through to Factual Entertainment and a proven track record in originating brilliant ideas and knowing what it takes to build them into commissions.

The right candidate would be a self starter, capable of managing access relationships, casting great new characters and precincts, outsourcing work to researchers when appropriate, writing brilliant treatments and above all building new formats from start to finish.
