Working with other members of the team, the successful candidate will be responsible for the development of a range of high profile domestic and international podcasts - and contribute to our overall content strategy.

Experience and knowledge required:
The ideal candidate is likely to have extensive experience as a Development Producer, Executive Producer or Creative Director.
They will have more ideas than they know what to do with. They will be an innovative thinker and a master storyteller. Provide notes, script editing, creative recommendations and other development/editorial support for internal teams and external production partners

Excellent oral and written communication skills
Dynamic, energised and inspirational approach
Capacity for innovative thinking and creative problem solving
Ability to generate new ideas that are in line with our content strategy

Preferred Experience:

We also work with external partners to identify new content opportunities and business initiatives that are as creatively dynamic as they are commercially valuable.
