As part of a global media group with broadcasting, publishing and production interests around the world, we can legitimately offer talent, brands, organisations and charities a vertically integrated approach to content development, production, distribution and monetisation.Job overview:We are looking for an experienced and creatively proven Development Executive.Working with other members of the team, the successful candidate will be responsible for the development of a range of high profile domestic and international podcasts - and contribute to our overall content strategy.Experience and knowledge required:The ideal candidate is likely to have extensive experience as a Development Producer, Executive Producer or Creative Director.They will have more ideas than they know what to do with. They will be an innovative thinker and a master storyteller. They will develop ideas, research opportunities, test formats, create pitch materials and work with partners across multiple genres. They will have editorial vision, be creatively brave and have a track record of success. They are likely to have a background in audio, but could equally come from other sectors (television, digital, theatre, gaming etc).Additionally, the successful candidate will be an experienced communicator, an exceptional writer and persuasive presenter. They will ideally bring talent relationships with them - and have the ability to establish new ones.
