Firecracker Films and Mentorn Media are looking for an Executive Producer with a strong background in development, or a Development Executive to take on a senior role in the Glasgow office.

Successful applicants will need to demonstrate a good understanding of both companies' output and be able to work across a broad popular factual spectrum from noisy fact ent formats to premium documentaries to current affairs.

Direct experience in winning commissions and having good relationships with commissioners for the main UK broadcasters, streamers and the Scottish based commissioning teams is essential.

It is a collaborative role, working closely with our exec and development teams in London and would be suitable for someone who is already an Exec or potentially an ambitious and talented senior developer or producer, who is ready to step up.

This role could initially be on a part time basis, eg for 3 days a week, Glasgow based.
