Shot Of Tea are looking for an experienced Scripted assistant to help develop TV shows and films. This is an opportunity to join a growing team working on premium content with an international appeal in both comedy and drama. You'll be working with up and coming talent on and off the screen.

Key Qualifications:

Highly motivated and energetic with excellent written and oral communication skills
Exceptional time management and reliability
Strong organisational skills and great attention to detail
A huge passion for film and tv with an interest in attending industry events and expanding their knowledge and understanding of the industry
Significant experience ideally on scripted content.
A film-watching habit outside of work - ideally seeking a long term career in the industry
A strong and building network of relationships within the industry.
Have a keen understanding of the global market
Absolute confidentiality and discretion at all times
Be a dynamic and can-do thinker who is able to prioritize, pivot when necessary and exercise initiative and good judgement.
Ideally degree educated in this sector

Description:

Proactive support to executives with Diary management, travel arrangements, answering phones and drafting correspondence with some general admin.
Close working relationship with our CEO and Co-Production company.
Assisting on productions where appropriate.
Joining regular creative meetings with the team, and participating in creative tasks such as script-reading.
Attending script meetings and helping with drafts.
Management of incoming scripts occasionally providing notes and feedback.
