We are looking for a passionate ideas generator at Researcher or AP level, who loves nothing more than coming up with returnable factual, factual entertainment and reality formats.

The ideal candidate would enjoy consuming everything from Bargain Hunt to Are You The One? and be driven by filling the slate full of their ideas and pitching them into commissioners.

Any writing, design, editing and casting experience a big plus but not essential.

This job will mostly be remote working, with one weekly meeting in London or Birmingham with the rest of the Development team.

We are looking for someone to start ASAP but we can be flexible for the candidate.
