We are looking for an experienced Development AP/Producer to join our talented UK Development Team.

You must have a proven track record working on ideas that went on to get commissioned. We create intelligent, entertaining factual programming that spans daytime to primetime, popular factual, documentaries and specialist factual for all of the major UK channels.

Recent successes vary from Channel 4's "Chitty Flies Again with David Walliams" to UKTV's "Cops on the Rock" so we are looking for someone who can be adaptable across all factual genres and can bring new, ambitious ideas to the team.

To successfully blend in to the team, we would expect you to be able to attend our offices either in London or Belfast at least 3 days a week. Essential:
• Good at finding and identifying stories and subjects
• Proactive research approach, comfortable contacting experts and potential contributors
• Strong research summary skills
• Strong treatment writing skills

Good to Have:
• Shooting skills
• Journalistic background
• Photoshop or similar design skills for creating visually attractive pitch documents
