We're looking for a skilled and proactive Development AP or Producer to join the team. You must have experience of developing ideas within popular factual, especially a mix of premium doc series, factual entertainment shows and talent led entertaining factual. You will need to be a strong ideas generator, a creative writer of standout treatments, be able to self-edit sizzles and have played a key part in winning returning or exciting new commissions for terrestrial broadcasters and streamers. Most importantly, you will also have a good understanding of our brand of programming - a sense of mischief, warmth and provocation.
