It has empowered clubs and agents to facilitate over 6000 transfers since launch in 2017.Brief intro to the role:We're seeking a creative and versatile graphic designer who can build high quality creative assets and post-produce / edit video assets to drive visual storytelling for TransferRoom. This role will be instrumental in developing compelling visual content that drives engagement across our marketing channels, sitting alongside our Senior Designer in the Brand & Content team.What you'll be doing:Taking briefs from a variety of internal customers, including the marketing team, and producing high quality graphic design outputsSupport in the creation of professional commercial presentations and pitch decks that effectively communicate our value propositionDesign and optimize website graphics that enhance user experience and brand consistencySupport the Product Marketing team by developing product marketing materials, including stylized UI mockups and feature illustrationsProduce engaging graphics for our owned social media profiles, blog articles, landing pages and email marketing assetsWorking alongside our Content Manager to edit and produce video content, including customer testimonials, event content, and webinar contentSupport the GTM team with design assets to support our new feature releases & eventsMaintain brand consistency across all deliverables while pushing creative boundariesWho you are:3-5 years of professional graphic design experienceProven video editing capabilities with a strong portfolioProficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)Experience with video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects)Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and color theoryExperience creating content for digital platforms and social media, as well as physical assets like brochuresAbility to manage multiple projects while maintaining attention to detailPortfolio demonstrating both graphic design and video editing workAbility to receive and incorporate feedbackExcellent time management and organizational abilities
