This is an exciting opportunity to work on Hearst's brilliant women's lifestyle brands: Cosmopolitan, Red and Prima. Working as part of the Social Community within the Audience Development team, you will drive engagement and growth across all social platforms on our Women's Lifestyle brands, helping to implement and monitor a multi-platform strategy that delivers traffic, inspires engagement, drives revenue and builds brand affinity.

ABOUT THE ROLE

The Deputy Social Manager, Women's Lifestyle, will help create, publish and analyse editorial social content, supported by and working closely with the Social Manager, Women's Lifestyle and the Social Executive, Women's Lifestyle.

Whether that's commissioning a bespoke Instagram carousel for Red, developing a social plan around the next Prima cover launch, or editing a video for Cosmopolitan to jump on a TikTok trend, every day will be different.

You'll use metrics and insights tool to help develop organic social strategies, deliver high-quality content and grow new audiences.

Working alongside the E-Commerce and Content Partnerships teams, you'll also help maximise the impact of affiliate and monetisable content across all platforms.

ABOUT YOU

You must have demonstrable experience publishing on all major social platforms, and be able to adapt to represent all of the Hearst UK women's lifestyle brands.

The ideal candidate will have lots of original ideas, creative flair and will be an expert in creating engaging social video.

You must be confident writing catchy and accurate social sells and have a proven track record of successfully driving audience growth and website traffic on social platforms.

Reporting on and learning from key analytics should be second-nature.
