C21Media is looking for a delegate concierge officer to provide administrative support and concierge services to our 3000 speakers and delegates in the run up to and on site at Content London 2022. C21Media is the market-leading B2B publisher and digital content provider for the international television and content industry; combining a portfolio of publishing brands with an events business and powerful online screenings marketplace. Content London, our flagship event, runs over four days from 28 Nov - 1 Dec 2022 with key players from the global business from the likes of Netflix, Amazon, Disney, Warner Brothers, BBC and Sky. A programme of around 60 curated sessions covers the latest industry trends and showcases new content in the drama and formats & factual space. As a B2B TV industry event, Content London attracts over 3000 international delegates and speakers including TV executives, heads of TV channels and networks, writers, producers and talent. Up to £24,000 pro rata, full time, based in Shoreditch with some home working, and 4 days on site at Kings Cross. This fixed term contract is available from Monday September 5 to Friday December 9, a total of 14 weeks.This is an ideal role for an admin whizz with hospitality and/or customer service experience, who would like to expand their event knowledge working as part of a dynamic team in an exciting broadcast industry environment. Applicants should be able to demonstrate first rate self-organisation skills, the ability to work to deadlines under pressure, be able to self-manage, work using their own initiative and have excellent attention to detail.Key tasks include (but are not limited to):• Manage all Content Concierge 'help desk' enquiries - from ticket or website queries to table and hotel bookings• Manage the Content Concierge desk on site• Act as the 'information hub' on site, monitoring all mailboxes and distributing enquiries to the appropriate member of the team, updating social media, sending out daily newsletters and managing guest lists• Manage guest lists for 'house' events as required (e.g. VIP dinners, sponsor lunches, company cocktails)• Support the registration team with delegate management and quality control• Support the events team with speaker liaison, website updates, client sponsorship, suppliers and any other ad-hoc items as and when requiredYou:• Have the discipline for self-organisation without direct supervision• Have bags of common sense• Are pro-active, and confident but with good self-awareness• Are flexible and a solid team player• Are able to remain calm under pressure • Are able to work on your own and direct your own projects, as well as happily supporting others • Have strong time management skills and are able to manage conflicting priorities• Are friendly, considerate and articulate with excellent communication and strong interpersonal skills• Have a keen eye for detail • Are resourceful and creative in troubleshooting and dealing with unforeseen issuesPlease apply with CV and short covering letter.Closing date for applications is the 27th July 2022
