An opportunity to work for the leading horse racing media rights organisation, managing the delivery of multiple data feeds to RMG's customers, working with a number of third party suppliers from RMG's head office in Victoria, London. Key Responsibilities- Managing the development of RUK's tracking project and performance, working with the racecourses for on-course delivery;- Developing RMG's data business products and systems to enable the commercial team to drive revenue;- Managing the contract delivery for pre-race, raceday and tracking data from RMG Shareholder racecourses with a number of third party suppliers;- Building strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders to understand current and future data requirements;- Ensuring data delivery to RMG's customers on a daily basis, including UK LBO and online bookmakers, GBI customers, broadcast media, media etc;- Analysis/reporting of systems' performance and working with suppliers and customers to improve continuously service and technical delivery for all customer channels and platforms;- Monitor and combat piracy of RMG data;- Implementation of effective management, governance and auditing processes for RMG's third party suppliers, including provision of monthly performance reporting on data usage, data KPI's and downtime reports;Required Skills/Experience - Degree-level qualification or similar- An interest/good understanding of horse racing- Collaborative- Excellent Team PlayerEssential requirements/Qualifications- Full driving licence- Considerable experience in data delivery systems- Proven track record of achievement - Strong IT background - Technical project management & operations experience- Good written and verbal communication skills- Numerate (budgeting skills)- Good organisational skills with strong attention to detailOther- Extensive travel across the UK may be required- Occasional weekend work will be required- Product Development experience would be an advantage - Knowledge of GPS systems would be an advantageThis role profile is a guide to the work you will be initially required to undertake.
