Role summaryWe are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Data Analyst to interpret data to turn into information which can offer ways to improve our work at Islam Channel. You will gather information from various sources and interpret patterns and trends, you will bring technical expertise to ensure the quality and accuracy of that data, then process, design, and present it in ways to help stakeholders make better decisions.Role responsibilitiesYou will be responsible for:• Collecting and interpreting data• Analysing results• Reporting the results back to the relevant team members and to senior management• Identifying patterns and trends in data sets• Working alongside teams within the business or the management team to establish business needs• Defining new data collection and analysis processes• Working with Google Analytics and Google Ad Manager• Gathering analytics from all social media platforms including YouTube, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok• Collating and analysing BARB data relating to live TV viewing• Creating reports on VOD/Live streaming data through the relevant dashboard• Gathering data from apps and related app stores and platforms• Gathering e-shot data• Preparing presentations and reports for internal use and for sharing with clients• Working with the design team to find the most effective ways of presenting dataAbout youYou will be:• Able to analyse and share insights with people at all levels throughout the organisation to devise and develop new data points and new ways of measuring success• Excellent skills in Microsoft Excel• Excellent written and verbal communication skills• Proven experience as a Data Analyst• Accustomed to producing MI and other relevant reports• Experience of large data set• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skillsApplication process: Please send your CVHybrid working - remote and in head office in Ilford, London.
