Job summary: assist the Project Management team of the Cardiff office with the sourcing,
recruitment and organisation of supporting artists for a major feature film shooting in South Wales.

Working hours: varied, to include possible early hours and night shoots.
Must have good availability between mid-July to end of October 2015
Temporary position
Main responsibilities:Sourcing artists
Creating Lookbooks to send to production
Artist communication - LOTS OF TELEPHONE AND EMAIL CORRESPONDENCE WITH SUPPORTING ARTISTS
Co-ordinating travel, costume and logistical arrangements for artists.
Working alongside the film's production team on-set to co-ordinate Mad Dog artists on large crowd days/nights

Experience and skills:
EssentialSoftware and internet skills, Microsoft office, excel, powerpoint
Marketing/social media competency
Financial proficiency
DesirableOn-set experience of assisting productions for Film/Television/Commercials
Casting experience
Co-ordinating large groups

Pay: hourly rate, dependent on experience
