As AWAL's Creator Manager, your primary focus will be on developing and nurturing relationships with content creators and influencers. Leveraging these partnerships you'll help build audiences and tell artist stories around the world. The position requires a blend of relationship management skills, creativity and strategic planning to curate collaborative content moments both locally and globally. What You Will Do:Bespoke UK Campaigns: Establishing and leveraging existing relationships, you'll work with a variety of creators, influencers and culture pages to plan meaningful experiences and foster deeper connections with AWAL artistsGlobal Creator Strategy: You'll play a key role in building out AWAL's international creator strategy ex US, particularly around key artist campaigns and live shows. This will involve setting up processes within the business and being accountable to senior leadershipTrend & Format Expert: Sharing insights around emerging trends and formats to help inform the wider label on integrating creators into campaigns effectivelyData-Driven: Using tools and data to identify and react to immediate opportunities, whilst keeping an eye on long-term goals and accounting for post campaign analysisStorytelling: Utilizing artist positioning, audience identification & campaign story pillars to build bespoke, impactful and authentic creator campaigns that resonate with audiencesCollaboration & Communication: Working closely with UK Marketing, International Marketing, and Audience Development teams to integrate creator strategy into broader marketing campaignsWho You Are:2+ years of experience directly working with content creators, influencers and multimedia platforms Strategically minded with a clear creative vision; this is a brand new role and will need someone with a keen sense of what a best-in-class creator structure should look likeLive and breathe content, and have a deep knowledge of TikTok, YouTube, & Snap and their content verticalsA curious mindset that likes to challenge traditional thinking and thrives on changeCollaborative and flourishes within a wider supportive teamGlobally minded, but with a focus to deliver within key localized nichesAn effective communicator who is able to influence both internal and external parties and work well with artists and managers A keen sense of prioritization, being able to manage a high pressure workload and identify action that will make a differenceAdded bonus, but not a deal breaker:Additional languagesPrevious experience of the music industry An understanding of the AWAL model, ethos and brand valuesAn eye for the creative detail of SFV edits, to bring recommendations for optimizationExperience of engaging with fanbases and/or specific niche communities.
