We are a growing creative content company based in the City of London. We are looking for a Video Producer who has fluent French to cover maternity leave, with the possibility of extending to a longer contract/permanent position. The Producer will focus on managing and producing corporate video projects that include live, infographics and animated videos. The role is accountable for all delivery related matters post sales, including end to end accountability for any deliverable, team management, and workflow prioritisation accordingly. This position is for someone interested in having a real impact on the business growth and direction. The ideal candidate will have exceptional client relationship skills, experience in stakeholder management, script writing skills, project management, working with brand guidelines, and interviewing on-screen senior clients. Adobe premiere editing skills are a plus. Some travel is required. The Production Manager will report directly into the CEO and work alongside the Creative Team Lead. The successful candidate will be experienced in managing teams, not only from a delivery perspective but also to develop and up-skill staff. The key responsibilities of the role include: CLIENT + DELIVERY MANAGEMENT:Own the delivery relationships and be the main point of contact for specific clients, including sales identificationEnd to end accountability for client deliverables; this includes receiving briefs, works and costs estimating, quality assurance, ensuring project timelines, final delivery, and receiving feedbackLead on-site filming sessions, providing guidance to both the Fiducial Communications team and the client for maximum outcomeProvide ad-hoc support and critique for deliverables owned by junior production managersProvide creative guidance to the rest of the teamAct as the highest point of escalation for any delivery related mattersPROJECT MANAGEMENT: Accountable for maintaining an overall view of the work pipeline by working with team members and maintaining Trello; this is to be fed into the CEO on a weekly basisMaintain a high level view of incoming and existing work, working with the Creative Team Lead to understand the work and resource pipelineResolve any conflicting demands within the teams, and escalate if necessaryIdentify and help implement any improvements in the ways of workingSupport the Creative Team by removing blockers and enabling a productive environmentPlease submit a CV and reel for if this role is of interest.
