The role.
You will be multi-disciplinary: The key challenge will be director sourcing and CRM, so we are looking for someone who understands the nuances of film directors work, who can match directing talent to a given brief and confidently communicate with directors and director agents. The rest of your time will be split between supporting directors with treatments, editing scripts, building creative pitches and generating company news articles. So you'll also be a wordsmith with visual research and layout skills who understands the art of vividly conveying an idea. If you have a portfolio of work as a ghost treatment writer you are already a strong candidate for this role.

Essential skills:
Ghost treatment writing, knowledge of the creative pitching process and the film making process. Scriptwriting, visual research, layout design, presentation crafting.

Essential software skills:
Keynote, Photoshop, Wordpress.Personality: Bright, confident, creative.
