At Next we have a great opportunity for a Creative Shoot Coordinator to join our photo studio team at Next based in Leighton Buzzard. You will work closely with a team of in-house creatives including stylists, photographers and set builders to deliver the full end to end process of asset creation. This is an extremely fast paced role that covers all of our in-house photography requirements and is essential to maintaining Nexts photographic vision and creative beliefs.You will deliver content to the highest quality for the Next customer aligned to our brand principle and creative direction. You will be able to identify with the ever changing requirements of a large studio team. You will:Support the Senior Shoot Coordinator to deliver strong, clear creative guidance and to support the studio and location team from a creative standpoint.Consistent research and understanding of new trends, social movements, Pinterest, Instagram to stay inspired in order to bring the correct approach to every shoot.Maintain constant awareness of competitors, be ahead of the curve.Work collaboratively with shoot teams and planning teams.Support the Senior Shoot Coordinator to create plans for upcoming location shoots and brief shoot teams accordingly.Support the Studio Shoot Coordinator to create plans for upcoming studio shoots.Keep style guides up to date for the wider studio team to follow.Communicate with product coordination and online teams to ensure that their requirements are met.Source props and coordinate props required for shoots.Consistently strive to think outside the box with all processes and projects showing initiative and innovation.Communicate effectively with your senior to establish clear, recognisable and achievable goals.Have flexibility to work at other Next Studios when required. About YouUnderstanding of photography.Experience working within a large creative studio environment.High competence using MAC Operating systems.Forward thinking, innovative and proactive approach of all projects.Superior planning, workload management and organisational capabilities.A strong communicator and listener.Commercially minded and aware of interior trends.Comfortable with a highly pressurised and rapidly changing environmentAt least 3 years relevant experience.Full uk driving licence.
