Award winning boutique design studio, Blue Spill, are looking for an enthusiastic Creative Producer to join our busy team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible in leading client relationships, including taking and interpreting briefs with our Design Director. You'll have outstanding client skills, and be able to manage creative teams - making certain client expectations are being met, both creatively and time wise. You will be responsible that the original vision for the project is properly realised and will be doing so across multiple projects across multiple time zones. You won't be fazed in helping junior designers interpret creative feedback from clients, and will be comfortable driving client meetings.

You will be enthusiastic, friendly, multi-skilled and comfortable working on a range of projects, sometimes with demanding deadlines. You will also have excellent organisation, planning and time management skills. You'll work closely with the Production Co-orindinator in ensuring schedules are managed effectively, and be responsible for the overall delivery schedule for each project.

Intuitive and highly efficient, you will thrive on helping produce items to our high standard, have the resilience to chase leads and generate new business.

You will have at least 3 years' experience in a post production facility or studio, in a similar role. Film or high end TV experience preferred. Knowledge of Shotgun is very beneficial.
