ABOUT YOU:

• At least 3 years of experience in a similar role in the fashion industry.

• A strong understanding of fashion, designers, and luxury brands.

• Pre-existing relationships with photography, model, photo, and location studios.

• Excellent organizational skills, logistically minded, diligent, and self-motivated.

• Enthusiastic, friendly, and eager to be involved in new projects and generate new ideas.

• A proven ability to work quickly and efficiently with accuracy and attention to detail.

• A great trouble-shooter-ability to think clearly and calmly when faced with issues or problems.

• Timekeeping and ability to meet deadlines.

• Sound knowledge of usage rights across multi-platforms.

• Ability to work in a team and interact with various personalities internally and externally.

• Proficient in Photoshop, InDesign, Outlook, Excel, and all search engines.

• Excellent written English.



WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

• Work with the Head of Creative Productions and Creative Production Managers on all Creative Productions and company initiatives, ensuring timings and status are communicated regularly to the Creative Lab.


• Assist in the management of key aspects of workflow, scheduling, and job trafficking.

• Work in conjunction with Project and Traffic Management to ensure all projects are tracked, managed and scheduled correctly and that appropriate team members are assigned.

• Creating, developing, and maintaining relationships with photography agents, photographers, hair & make-up artists, studios, location and production agencies in accordance with directives from the Head of Creative Productions.

• Booking photographers, hair & make-up artists, models, and studios/locations across all projects globally.

• Prepare and communicate detailed timing plans and cost estimates for projects, ensuring all budgets have been adhered to, reviewed, and are accurate before being submitted to the Head of Creative Productions.


• Producing call sheets for relevant productions and their distribution.

• Manage post-production on projects and ensure all deliverables are correctly filed and delivered on time and communicated within the wider team and business.


• Maintain general housekeeping duties such as taking part in the weekly Creative Production meeting to ensure that all teams are fully up to date with forthcoming projects.

• Work collaboratively with the Head of Creative Productions, Heads of Fashion, Fashion Editors and Creative team to ensure shoot concepts are properly represented by the appropriate teams and production elements.

• Strong knowledge of usage rights across multi-platforms.

• Update the bookings calendar and photoshoots schedule with all shoot options, details, and deadlines, ensuring all information is up to date.

• Manage the completion of all budgets and liaise with the Head of Creative Production and Creative Production Managers on monthly costs.
