As a Creative Producer at Fnatic, you will oversee the production of multimedia content and campaigns from ideation through to delivery. You'll work on projects that support Fnatic's efforts to grow relationships with global brands and attract new ones, create hype around our products and amplify the performance narrative around our teams. You'll be a key liaison between Studios and Fnatic's Marketing, Product, Pro-Gaming and Partnerships teams, understanding their respective objectives, while at the same time remaining true to our brand values and ensuring stories are told in an entertaining, Fnatic way.Please provide a link to portfolio/showreel with your application.Your mission is to:Oversee creation of creative content and campaigns from brief through to delivery, both internally at Fnatic and with Fnatic's commercial partnersEnsure campaign goals are met through understanding needs and how they can be achieved through Studios expertiseCommunicate parameters around timings, cost and resource needs to ensure expectations are realisticResearch and create compelling treatments and pitchesContribute to seamless pre-production processes, ensuring subsequent shoots capture all planned content and meet Fnatic's standardsManage the delivery of creative assets, ensuring that the process runs smoothly, meet deadlines and are within budgetEnsure ideas always fit within the Fnatic brand guidelinesDevelop and manage Fnatic talent network, booking talent as requiredOversee the work of freelancers and other creatives on projects to ensure coherence and timely deliveryDevelop work schedules and supervise any post-production up until the final deliveryMaintain constant communication throughout projects, providing frequent client updatesEnsure during filming that the production runs to schedule and budget, partnership deliverables are met, and manage talentPerform ad-hoc tasks as directed by the Studios DirectorWe're looking for:Experience working with brands from ideation through to campaign delivery in a creative agency environmentHands on experience with global creative productionA commercial mindset and ability to understand partner goalsStrong knowledge of creative processes and video production practicesFamiliarity with project management toolsStrength in multitasking and background handling multiple concurrent projectsComfort in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlinesAbility to mock up and communicate ideas through mood boardsEnthusiasm for innovating through mediaA team player who embraces transparent workflows and thrives off co-creationWhat we have to offer:The chance to learn from an ambitious and super creative team, and enjoy the buzz of our fast-paced businessAward winning office in the heart of Shoreditch in LondonHybrid onsite/remote work policyPrivate medical insurance (Vitality)Eyecare vouchersCycle to work schemeSelf-development book requests for the Fnatic LibraryFnatic shop staff discountFruit, drinks and snacks available daily in the officeRegular lunch clubs, Friday drinks and other social activities
