Your job is all about taking brilliantly written scripts and turning them into brilliant on air radio adverts and online animated videos. Also you will be editing video we have shot and packaging it up for clients.

What you'll be doing:
You'll take scripts written by the Global and Communicorp teams from our script management system and make sure you really understand what they are all about and the requirements for each one.
Based on your experience of what works brilliantly on air, you'll make suggestions for changes to make sure the client gets the best possible finished advert.

You'll produce the commercials to the highest standard, making sure that you meet all the quality, level, duration and legal standards and load them onto our play-out systems. You'll need to tie up the loose ends for each advert, so making sure that all necessary details of the voice used and other information is recorded against that advert and of course fill in the cost details in the audio management system.

Finally, you'll work with the Distribution team to make sure all that all the adverts get to where they need to be, by the time they need to be there. Also you'll take briefs for animated video pieces and create short videos for clients social media campaigns.

What we expect of you:
You'll have real world experience of producing on air commercials for radio and working with video or animation.
Able to manage your own workload effectively and efficiently, you'll be great at juggling everything and not letting anything drop, particularly when priorities change.
You'll need excellent interpersonal skills and be great at negotiating so you can meet everyone's expectations.
You'll have bags of admin experience and experience of dealing with customers.

You'll have these skills:
Audio production skills are a must and this includes excellent music editing, voice directing and recording together with a good knowledge of sound effects, processing, compression and sound design.
Experience of multi media editing and production are needed too.
