We Are looking for a Creative Producer to join an exciting and culture-focused account here in London who are pushing the boundaries of social media marketing. You are a highly-skilled, music-obsessed creative producer who is as comfortable coming up with slick, social-first concepts as you are producing quick-turnaround, vertical-first shoots - from light-touch pre-production through to paper edits and sign-off.

Requirements

What You'll Have Delivered Elsewhere

End-to-end social content production for artist shoots, from concept to execution.
Crafting talent briefing documents and tailored interview questions.
Coordinating with in-house videographers to set up equipment and capture those magic moments.
Interviewing talent and ensuring we capture every angle.
Directing post-production editors and ensuring top-notch asset creation.
Occasionally capturing, editing, and delivering iPhone content.
Crafting TikTok formats from music shoots and interviews.
Creating self-shot talent briefs for social asset creation.
Working with the content team on identifying key social trends and ideating brand-led content from them

What Else Are We Looking For?

Experience establishing a direct relationship with the client and become the go-to person for the client for content ideation and execution.
Always takes full accountability for your results/deliverables
Being solutions-driven and be confident in vocalising them
Experience minimising the need for clients/stakeholders to escalate issues above you or to require unnecessary input from my colleagues
Will Contribute new ideas and points internally which are then taken forward/adopted
