Ffern is growing its Ads Studio, and we're looking for a Creative Producer who thrives on turning ideas into well-crafted productions. You'll be at the heart of our seasonal ad campaigns - taking concepts from paper to set, and ensuring shoots are delivered with clarity, efficiency, and creative impact.

Working closely with our Head of Ads Studio and wider team, you'll lead on pre-production, logistics, and budgets - while supporting collaborators to do their best work. This role is an opportunity to shape campaigns that combine craft and storytelling with smooth, thoughtful production.

Key Responsibilities
* Collaborate with the wider team to action seasonal concepts - translating seasonal themes into concepts, then briefs.
* Lead on pre-production and shoot logistics, including sourcing and coordinating talent, locations, props, and crew.
* Act as the production lead on shoots, ensuring the concept is protected and the final output has impact.
* Identify cost-effective, time-saving methods to streamline the shoot process, enabling the team to create distinctive ads with pace and precision.
* Scope and manage budgets, planning across each shoot cycle.
* Represent the Ads Studio during each production - ensuring collaborators are well looked after, briefed clearly, and feel creatively supported.
* Contribute to a thoughtful, organised, and creatively ambitious studio environment, where production is seamless and storytelling feels considered at every stage.

Requirements
Your Profile
* 5+ years of experience in producing commercial shoots - including experience with on-set decision making - freelance or with a production team.
* Proven experience in costing projects and managing production budgets.
* Comfort with project management tools such as Google Suite, Asana, Linear, Notion, or similar platforms.
* A proactive, independent approach to work - ready to take initiative and streamline processes.
* Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
* A full UK Driver's License.
