Creative Operations Coordinator

Camberley

Fourwalls is an exciting, innovative and rapidly expanding business offering a wide range of property marketing and surveying services to estate agents, surveyors and architects including photography, floor plans, EPC's and CGIs.


We are looking for a Creative Operations Coordinator to support our Creative Operations department.



Main responsibilities

Assist with videography edits as required:
Using Adobe Premiere to amend & format videography
Prepare & output Social Reels / Videography services.
Supporting Creative Operations team with general administrative tasks
Responding to email enquires throughout the day (Clients and Operators)
Answering and dealing with telephone calls / messages (e.g. handle queries, complaints, video requests)
Check video enhancing from overseas office, give feedback to ensure that they are meeting our client's requirements / house style.
Monitor new and existing photographers - report findings to Regional Photography Manager to ensure they are meeting our client's requirements / house style, for videography.
Highlight quality irregularities for videography with Creative Operations Manager, in order that training can be identified.
Source & assist with Social Media content
Supply invoicing information to the Finance Department
Perform other office duties from time-to-time as needed.


Other responsibilities

Assist with photo enhancing as required:
Using Adobe Photoshop / Lightroom to amend photographs.
Add blue skies; lighten; correct the perspective; colour correcting; adding saturation; airbrushing as necessary.
Assist with brochure co-ordination as required:
Using Adobe Indesign / Illustrator to make templates for new or existing clients.
Prepare brochure artwork from material supplied (photos; floor plan; EPC; text)
Send drafts to clients and make amendments as necessary.
Send final artworks to printers.


Specific skills & attributes needed

Bright, personable, efficient, with good communication skills, and quick to learn
Confident, enthusiastic and professional
Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook
Knowledge of videography / photography preferable
Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite
Keen to learn new skills and enjoy working as part of a team


Other

Report to Hannah Peachey (Creative Operations Manager), in all of the above.

Please note that, as we are a small business, a degree of flexibility and job sharing is required. Also, these job specifications can be amended at any time subject to the needs of the business and a reasonable period of notice from management.



Location: Flexible working from our offices in Camberley and home working

Hours: 40 hours per week (8.30am - 5.30pm)

Contract: Fixed Term Contract - 6 months
