Join our newly built B2B ecommerce Center of Excellence team as Creative Manager SEO! In this role, you will be our specialist for organic SEO performance and support the development and execution of the Digital Merchandising and Content team's objectives

Core Responsibilities
• Provide clear insights and substantial recommendations on organic SEO performance
• Understand how customers search, where they search & why they purchase online
• Be accountable for the organic SEO budget management and deliver traffic, revenue and return on investment targets
• Perform keyword research to aid the product discovery and content optimization process
• Write engaging SEO copy to positively influence shoppers and consumers
• Analyse, review and implement SEO content
• Manage the external SEO agency to ensure that project deadlines are met, translations are executed in line with local SEO strategy and the work completed is in support of the overall SEO strategy
• Work closely with the Paid Search team to ensure a fully integrated and collaborative approach
• Ensure regional strategies are being executed and reported on, including managing relevant agencies and internal partners

The Creative Manager - SEO role is an integral part of the new Digital Merchandising and Content team within the Western European eCommerce Centre of Excellence. This role will work alongside colleagues in Tools, Content and Merchandising to deliver optimised product assets that improve discoverability and conversion on retailer eCommerce platforms.

Do you have what it takes?
• Solid experience in an SEO role with proven results, ideally in organic SEO
• An in-depth knowledge of SEO copywriting and keyword research
• Proven experience with common SEO tools
• An understanding of how shoppers & consumers search, where they search & why they purchase online
• High levels of autonomy and self-motivation
• Experience in content strategy would be helpful
• Communication - Strong influential skills, being able to collaborate with a diverse group of team members and partners across multiple business areas, geographies within LEGO and with agency partners
• Drive for results - desire to drive productive change, bravery to take risks, comfortable managing multiple projects, strong evaluation skills and ability to turn findings into action
• Future thinking - outside in perspective, ability to think ahead and test and learn with new media opportunities and partners
• Proficient in English both written and spoken
• Bachelor's degree level or above is required for this position
