We're looking for an experienced Creative Lead to join our B2B Growth Company. You'll play a key role in owning our client's content strategy from end to end. This includes developing a content plan that speaks to the client's target audience, video editing, content writing, designing and publishing content.This is a full-time role. You'll be part of our close-knit team, reporting to our Creative Director and collaborating with various team members, including the CEO and Performance Marketing Team.We are looking for a "full-stack" content creator who has experience with various multimedia and disciplines and who is not shy to put their hand up and learn new things. You will be a Creative Lead based as a consultant with a handful of beetu.be clients. Who This Is For:You're a multi-skilled content creator with at least 3-5 years of working experience, looking to join a cutting-edge growth firm.You want to join a team of A-players that cares about doing things well.You are comfortable working in a startup environment where you will need to move quickly, be challenged, as well as be encouraged to think outside the box and try new things. You are a self-starter and perform well in an environment where you are given the freedom to work on a flexible schedule. Fluent in English, both spoken and written.Experience in content creation, video editing, design and content writing. Someone who needs a manager standing over your shoulder to manage their day-to-day work and tasks.Day To DayDefine talking points for customer podcasts and interviews to speak to the target audience's pain points and be aligned with the brand's unique useful insights.Plan, execute, and optimise the recording, editing and publishing of content. This includes:editing video contentwriting content titles and captionsdesigning relevant thumbnails and carouselspublishing content to LinkedIn, YouTube and websitestracking the performance metrics of the published contentCommunicate with growth partners, and provide excellent customer service and project management.
