Animade is growing! We are on the hunt for a Creative Director to join our talented team.

Your day to day will involve the direction of characterful animation and illustration projects, working for a host of clients from around the world. During downtime you will guide and promote passion projects, studio projects and internal collaborations, which are at the heart of Animade's playful and innovative culture.

Skills

Strong animation with a focus on character and emotive animation
Illustration
Fluency in the Adobe CC suite
In-depth proficiency of Animation in Adobe After Effects and Photoshop
Cinema 4D, TV Paint are a bonus
Strong leadership skills
Presentation skills
Understanding of production workflows


Tasks

Creating characterful animation and illustration
Directing teams of animators and illustrators
Leading client meetings and video calls
Working with producers and account managers to schedule and cost potential projects
Maintenance of project systems and workflows
Leading the creation of proposals and pitches
Presenting proposals and pitches to clients
Encouraging development and innovation around workflows
Directing and guiding passion projects, sharing your talent with the wider team
