Creative Director

London

Creative Director - Global Creative Outdoor (12-Month FTC)

The Role: Creative Director

As Creative Director, you will lead creative excellence across Global Creative Outdoor, setting the standard for outstanding Outdoor creativity and pushing the medium forward. You are an entrepreneurial creative leader with a proactive, solutions-first mindset, responsible for shaping brave, culturally relevant ideas that lead from Outdoor and deliver real brand impact.

You will play a central role in building and leading our in-house creative offering, inspiring the market with what's possible when Outdoor leads the idea. You will create work that earns attention, delivers commercial results, and achieves recognition from leading creative awards.

Working closely with the Head of Creative and Senior Creative Project Manager, you will define and embed best-practice creative ways of working across our end-to-end offer. You will lead creative direction on key briefs, pitches, and brand projects, ensuring bold ideas are clearly articulated, confidently sold in, and delivered with craft from pitch to production.

You are exceptional at expressing and selling ideas - clearly communicating the thinking behind the work, building belief with agencies, clients, and senior stakeholders, and protecting creative integrity throughout delivery. You are also creatively independent and hands-on when needed, with a strong background in art direction and/or design, comfortable using modern tools, including AI, to visualise, prototype, and sharpen ideas quickly.

Through your work, you will help establish Global as a leading creative force in Outdoor, attracting talent, influencing agencies and clients, and raising the creative standard of the medium.

As a Creative Director at Global, you will:
