Creative Director - Magnet Integrated Content Production

Magnet, a dynamic integrated content brand, is looking for a Creative Director to join their team in a leadership capacity in Dubai

About You:You will spearhead pitches, presentations and projects for our clients.
You have a keenly developed aesthetic sense, a good strategic mind and a practitioner's background in technology film/animation, branding, design and/or copywriting
You are comfortable conceptualizing from scratch as well as responding to everything from open briefs to more proscriptive briefs.
You will be responsible for collaboration on big (and small) ideas across mediums and execute them with Magnet's photographers, directors and other digital artists an be obsessed with visual media
You can lead a mid-sized team while fostering a creative and collaborative environment that thrives on an exchange of ideas with a client services team, post production division and working with our integrated content producers
You are also an ideas person that can learn issues in new domains from different fields of knowledge from science and technology. A digital native, experienced in handling multiple work-streams, internal teams, discovering and recruiting qualified personnel.
You are up to date with innovative ideas in industry and can foresee where the most interesting innovations are driving.
You are a doer. A team player with a sense of leadership and flexible can-do attitude, you love working with others and getting the job done right.

This position requires at least five years experience as a creative in an agency, or content production company environment.
