We are expanding our Design Team and is looking for a highly creative and inspiring individual who has previous experience working within an agency and an in-house environment.

As a Creative Designer you will have a strategic approach and come up with ideas to produce everything from branding, digital, advertising, newsletters, DM, magazine design, guides and infographics.

What lies ahead?
You'll design across a wide variety of channels including print, digital (no coding) and integrated campaigns
You'll work closely with other team members to create exciting, compelling and innovative designs by pushing the boundaries and thinking 'outside of the box'

What are we looking for?
A minimum of 4 years' experience in Graphic Design
Great understanding of designing for on and offline channels such as website, emails, animated banners, infographics, guides, case studies etc
Must have great knowledge of the Adobe package: InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator (Animation or Video would be an advantage)
Work closely with other team members to create exciting, compelling and innovative designs
Not afraid to push boundaries and 'think outside the box'
Great communication skills and confident presenting your ideas in front of stakeholders
Excellent organisational and interpersonal skills
A passion for design with an eye for detail
Motivation and desire to execute every job to the highest standard
Show initiative and a positive can-do attitude
Deliver quality results in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
Comfortable managing your own workload
A portfolio presenting highly creative ideas and designs
Experience in creating videos would be of great advantage
An understanding of the over-55s and/or finance industry would be an advantage.
