The Creative Copy Lead is the lead writer for one or more major accounts and should form close working relationships with clients, thought leaders and internal agency teams and be recognised as an expert by these parties.Managing direct report(s) and freelance writers, the Creative Lead mentors, develops and leads the copy team to do 'unexpected work' (UW) that will delight the client.
