Creative Brand Manager

Alphablocks LTD are the creative minds behind the beloved Alphablocks and BAFTA-award-winning Numberblocks TV series, and we are looking for a Creative Brand Manager to join our team!
Alphablocks passion is to educate children through charming characters and entertaining storylines within the context of a national standard curriculum. We want to give all children the opportunity to access engaging learning material at an early age, to give them advanced support in school and set them up for later life.
We have strong ambitions for our unique educational content to continue expanding alongside our growing audiences. So far we have developed apps, books, magazine spreads and have created numerous short form content - but we want to do so much more!
The Role:
Our Creative Brand Manager will help to drive the company forward and take it to the next level. As Creative Brand Manager you will be working alongside our internal team to develop and explore a range of new content for Alphablocks LTD, as well as ensuring brand consistency across our current content and platforms. We are looking for someone who is creative, has entrepreneurial flair, and is not afraid to get involved in any part of the company.
This role is a really exciting opportunity to grow alongside the company, and truly make this role their own.
You will be:
Work alongside our creator and development team to oversee and implement the production of global brand growth and new content.
Manage the day-to-day coordination of stakeholders, external creatives and internal team.
Source and collaborate with top-level production partners and artists in order to bring new creative concepts to life.
Establish an efficient working pipeline, including responsibilities, budgets and timelines across production in order to drive projects forward.
Maintain brand consistency across all external partnership content, both existing and in future.
Co-lead projects from concept to distribution, managing a team of creatives along the way.
Essential Skills:
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
A passion for creating educational, and entertaining content for children
Proven creative and strategic abilities
Keen awareness and interest in the latest industry trends
Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently when working across the team and external partners
Can handle conflicting demands and manage pressure calmly
Experience working in a creative field either in animation, broadcast or media.
Experience managing or coordinating a creative team to develop content for deadlines.
Good to have:
Practical creative skills in animation, design, writing or media
Photoshop or Adobe Suite skills (preferred but not required)
Confident speaker and empathetic personality
Team player with a can do attitude
Can take initiative and work proactively
