Stink is looking for a freelance/FTC Creative Assistant to help across marketing, PR and social media.

The ideal candidate has a generalist digital skillset - ideally able to design, illustrate, self shoot, edit. They are a proactive and dynamic individual with good taste and a passion for creatively shaping a brand. They will think outside the box, aspire to reach new audiences and have an active interest in creative trends.

This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with the Head of PR & Marketing in developing Stink's profile. A desire to elevate the brand and work across digital channels is a must - social media, decks, newsletters, website, events, merch.



Key Responsibilities

Administrative Support

Provide daily administrative support to the Head of PR & Marketing across all department needs
Stay on top of Marketing calendars and weekly updates
Chase up project information, dates, credits and ensure daily smooth running
Website

Proactively updating the website with careful curation and intention Anticipating project releases and collating assets for timely launch
Design & Branding

Branding - support new brand development.
Design - internal and external decks, newsletters, posters, website content.
Edit - reels, case studies, DCs.
Potentially provide design support on treatments and visual research
Potentially support design on Stink Studios projects
Potentially provide title credits designs for films + campaigns
Social Media & Content

Execute social media strategy.
Post on a daily basis - Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Youtube.
Growth - drive growth and keep up with algorithm shifts and trends.
Content - generate high-quality and compelling content.
Engagement - interact with all relevant accounts.
Tracking - responses, comments, results and numbers.
Awards - promote all nominations and wins.
BTS - visit set, capture behind the scenes visuals (stills and video) and create compelling content for social.
