As the Technical Operations Coordinator, you'll be at the heart of our dynamic team, working closely with Technical Operations managers, post-production partners, and broadcasters. Your primary responsibility will be to guarantee the timely and high-quality distribution of FIFTH SEASON titles across the globe. Leveraging your expertise in operational coordination and digital delivery platforms, you'll oversee the complex process of conforming and uploading materials to broadcasters and streaming platforms, ensuring adherence to fixed deadlines. Your attention to detail, strategic thinking, and exceptional organizational skills will be essential as you manage departmental trackers and internal systems. Additionally, you'll serve as a key liaison between cross-functional teams, facilitating effective communication on media delivery timelines and specifications.
Role Responsibilities:
Customer Relationship Management and Content Delivery
Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, post-production houses, and broadcasters to ensure seamless content delivery processes.
Coordinate the delivery dates and quality checks of incoming materials, ensuring accuracy and adherence to deadlines.
Collate and organize paper deliverables and marketing materials for all content intended for International TV Sales.
Understanding TV Production Processes and Data Management
Utilize your in-depth understanding of the TV production world to navigate complexities and optimize processes.
Manage heavy data input and data management tasks, particularly in Excel and QC report handling.
Digital Delivery Management and Administrative Support
Facilitate the delivery of programming and associated materials via digital platforms, ensuring compliance with broadcaster specifications.
Oversee the conforming and uploading of materials to streaming platforms, adhering to fixed deadlines.
Efficiently manage departmental trackers and internal systems, ensuring up-to-date information for smooth operations.
Process vendor invoices and purchase orders accurately, facilitating expense reconciliation.

Requirements & Skills:
Education: A relevant degree in Production, Film/TV, or Administration, or equivalent qualifications demonstrating proficiency in related areas.
Experience: Previous experience working in a production/materials/trafficking role, preferably within a distribution or post-production company, showcasing a strong understanding of industry dynamics.
Technical Knowledge: Proficiency in broadcast digital technological formats, including familiarity with localization processes such as dubbing and subtitling requirements. Experience with satellite and knowledge of legacy tape delivery workflow is advantageous.
Technical Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Excel for data management, familiarity with Quality Control (QC) report handling processes and tools. Proficient in non-linear editing skills, with hands-on experience using software like Adobe Premiere. Extensive skills in both Mac and PC platforms are essential.
Software Proficiency: Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Flexibility with Time Zones: Demonstrated ability to adapt to and effectively manage the international nature of our business, spanning multiple time zones.
Language Skills: Must be fluent in English, with the ability to communicate effectively in a professional setting. Additional language skills are a plus.
Communication Skills: Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with a proven ability to collaborate effectively at all levels, both internally and externally.
Industry Understanding: A solid understanding of television production and post-production processes, with experience in using sales systems being a plus.
Passion for Entertainment: A genuine love for film and television, along with a deep appreciation for production and talent within the industry.
