We are seeking an experienced Film Post-Production professional to join Netflix as a Post-Production Coordinator. As part of our team, you will help oversee the post-production process on our UK and US films.

The successful candidate will be passionate about film and post-production. They will be self-motivated, adaptable, comfortable with change, and able to adjust when needed. They will be thorough and capable of managing a range of responsibilities. Their work will demonstrate strong organisation, a sense of ownership, and consistent attention to detail.

This role suits someone who is curious, proactive, exercises good judgment, has effective communication skills, and is able to work with time-sensitive priorities.

This position will be based in our London office. Relevant work experience in post-production is essential.

The Role
The role will support the Post Manager and act as a key point of contact for external partners. Day-to-day tasks will include project coordination, task management, onboarding of partners, administration, documentation, technical support, and other requests that facilitate the successful delivery of films to our members.

You will collaborate closely with internal specialist teams to ensure our films meet our quality standards and delivery timelines. This requires a collaborative approach, a strong technical understanding of post-production, and effective logistical skills.

Responsibilities (include, but are not limited to)
Supporting the Post Manager in reviewing schedules, budgets, quotes, and workflows for films

Staying up to date with Netflix tools, specifications, and technologies

Tracking and managing post-production schedules and keeping stakeholders informed of progress and status

Coordinating and tracking deliveries and reviews, both technical and creative

Scheduling, setting up, and attending post-production calls and meetings as needed

Coordinating with internal specialists throughout the project lifecycle - from onboarding to delivery (e.g., QC, localization, asset archiving)

Updating and maintaining internal databases and trackers

Coordinating publicity and marketing requests and assets

Performing other related duties as needed to support external partners and the Netflix Post & Production team

Qualifications
Essential

Relevant experience as a Post Supervisor, Post-Production Coordinator, or in a comparable post-production role

Experience in post-production of local content in the UK

Knowledge of local vendors and established working relationships is valued

Understanding of post-production tools and workflows

Fluency in English (spoken and written)

Proficiency with common productivity tools (e.g., Google Docs, Sheets, Gmail, Drive; MS Word, Excel)

Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately

Passion for UK and US film
