Members can play, pause and resume watching as much as they want, anytime, anywhere, and can change their plans at any time.Production Services, EMEA supports Netflix titles across the UK and EMEA region - spanning inbound feature films, high-end television, and locally produced content. We ensure each production is equipped with the right resources, insights, and practical support to operate effectively, enabling teams to make well-informed decisions throughout the production lifecycle.We manage Netflix's core studio campuses across EMEA - Pinewood Shepperton North & South, Netflix Studios Longcross, and Netflix Studios Uxbridge - and maintain strong relationships with Production Service Companies (PSCs) and studio partners throughout the region. Our projects span large-scale feature films and high-end television productions, requiring careful planning, coordination, and collaboration.As Coordinator, Production Services, EMEA, you will play a key role in ensuring our team operations run smoothly. You'll manage day-to-day activity across our studio sites, maintain accurate data across our operational systems, and assist with billing and cost-recovery workflows. You will work closely with internal cross-functional teams, as well as a range of external partners, to help keep information flowing clearly and consistently.Although based in the UK, this is a role with a global reach, working regularly with colleagues in the US and other regions to support shared operational and financial processes across time zones.We are seeking someone who is highly organised, detail-oriented, and effective in communicating with a range of stakeholders, including senior leaders, in a dynamic and continually evolving environment. This role is well-suited for individuals who are proactive, collaborative, and eager to learn about the production and studio landscape.What You'll BringStrong organisational and multitasking skills, with experience managing competing priorities.A proactive, solutions-focused approach - you anticipate needs, take initiative, and find smart solutions before challenges arise.Clear and assured communication skills, enabling effective collaboration with internal teams, external partners, and productions.High attention to detail, particularly when maintaining data accuracy, supporting administrative processes, or contributing to billing workflows.Adaptability and curiosity, with confidence using evolving tools, systems, and workflows - and a drive to make them better.Initiative and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify gaps or risks early and help develop practical solutions.Experience working with senior stakeholders, handling queries professionally and supporting informed decision-making.An understanding of film or television production environments is beneficial, but most important is your enthusiasm for supporting productions and the teams behind them.Skills & ExperienceOperational Coordination: Experience supporting business or production operations, ensuring facilities, resources, or logistics run smoothly day to day.Project & Time Management: Strong prioritisation skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks within tight timeframes.Attention to Detail: Proven ability to maintain accurate records, update systems reliably, and support financial and administrative processes.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Experience working with a broad range of internal partners and external stakeholders, building and maintaining strong working relationships.Problem Solving & Initiative: Ability to anticipate challenges, proactively find solutions, and adapt to changing priorities.Systems & Tools Proficiency: Comfortable with digital tools for scheduling, reporting, and data management; experience with production or project management software is a plus.Knowledge of Film/TV Production (Desirable): Familiarity with studio environments, production processes, or service company operations is an advantage, though a strong aptitude and willingness to learn is equally valued.Self-Starter Mentality: Ability to work independently while contributing positively to a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
