Content Production Manager

London hybrid HYBRID

We are seeking a Content Production Manager to join the content team. You will be responsible for planning, developing, and implementing the company's overall content strategy.

The role will be to work with the Creative team and external vendors, acting as the lynchpin and owning the content production process from brief to delivery across multiple projects and work streams, ensuring all content projects happen on time and on budget, and looking to add value to the process wherever possible. This includes internal stakeholders, internal team and external freelance support for outsourced projects.

Your process driven mind will mean you are always looking at ways to drive efficiency. Being proactive, working to tight deadlines and the ability to prioritise are critical to the role. success in this role.

As the Content Production Manager, you report to the Content Director.

Your Responsibilities:

Project Management

Ensure all projects are tracked and all stakeholders are kept updated on progress to schedule throughout
Oversight and tracking of all prospective and live jobs through Chase and Basecamp
Lead weekly team status meetings and organise adhoc brainstorms when necessary
Resource management for content projects across all creative teams (allocation of work to team members, workflow, scheduling) to ensure delivery of each project within agreed scope, timings, and budget
Working with Brand Directors and Content Director to collect deadlines, budgets, objectives, etc.
Plan and brief creative assets to in-house design teams adhering to client brand guidelines
Facilitate good communication and collaboration across all Content teams to deliver projects effectively, keeping all teams informed about project status
Assist in project management of additional digital/social projects during busy periods
Stay in touch with the suppliers ensuring quick delivery when necessary
Solve any production issues on the set regarding the location or personnel to ensure a fast-paced and efficient production process
Responsible for all the formalities concerning the shooting locations and the production process, so it moves ahead without delays

Creative output

Stay abreast of current trends in content and production and ensure Dewynters creative work is industry-leading
Produce highly engaging multimedia content and visual designs that will increase traffic to client's social media preference
Assist in content generation and driving the content management strategy
Provide support to the Content Director in preparation for client chemistry meetings, pitches, and responses to briefs
Develop a strong understand of all Dewynters services and practices

Workflow

Act as a logistical and creative connection between relevant creatives, social team, account management and post-production teams.
Work closely with the Content Director and Videographers to unify and enhance processes and workflows.
Follow established guidelines and processes whilst having the confidence to ask questions and strive for continuous improvement in the way things are done
Continually review processes, procedures, and templates to identify opportunities to streamline workload and drive efficiencies across teams
Team

Build and maintain successful relationships with both internal and external partners to ensure timescales and tasks are deliverable
Proof and quality check all content to ensure project is delivered to brief and client brand guidelines
Provide creative and technical support to team members
Ensuring the best use of existing and future resource management in the studio

Commercials

Manage production budget for assigned jobs
Assist in preparing SOWs/budgets/timing plans when required
Identify and support the team in setting clear content metrics to determine the success or failure of the content initiative
Where required, identify the need for, engage and manage freelance talent

Requirements
Your Skills/Qualifications:

Proven previous experience as a Production or Studio Manager or similar role
Leverage creativity and innovative thinking to suggest novel ideas
Able to demonstrate creative and innovative thinking
Experience in managing multiple concurrent projects with conflicting deadlines
Experience working in content agency or similar
Good understanding of standard industry approaches to production
Knowledge of and experience using all studio software -Adobe creative suite, on both PC and Mac
Qualification in creative industries and/or related experience beneficial
Superior organisational skills
Project Management experience beneficial
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in conjunction with strong presentation abilities
Strong people management skills
Proactive by nature
Meticulous attention to detail and a strong acumen for numbers
Excellent analytical skills and strong focus on business results and operational efficiency
