PRIMARY FUNCTIONProduce compelling videos and provide production expertise to global creative agency. Responsible for planning, scheduling, and overseeing production of broadcast and interactive projects. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIESProvide operations expertise in the field of video production encompassing daily operations, client relations, vendor relations, project planning, logistics and executionWork with internal and external stakeholders to assess their needsProduce substantive studio and field video productions from concept through completionLiaison with external agencies, internal clients and the Creative Director or Creative Team to ensure world class production of television, online and related contentSimultaneously manage multiple project activities and deadlinesSchedule and hire crew, book equipment and other resources required per productionCreate timely and accurate invoicing, tracking & reportingOversee work to ensure excellence and artistry in quality and brand consistency, cost management, and timely resultsManage overall production budgets; lead all forecasting, budgeting, reconciliation and financial close processes related to all production expendituresManage flow of Statements of Work, purchase orders and vendor invoicesOther duties as assignedREQUIREMENTSA superb understanding of production and creative workflowStrong math and financial analytical skills; proficiency with Excel and enterprise software systemsStrong understanding of brand development and multichannel communicationsThe ability to plan both day-to-day and prioritize long term project workflow to best ensure quality processes and deliverablesStrong results orientation with a flexible attitude to deliver seamless and timely servicesStrong interpersonal skills and ability to supervise individuals and small teamsSensitivity and tact in dealing with staff/partners/clients/vendors at different levelsCandidate should have an active passport and be willing to travel internationallyCandidate must be willing to undergo criminal background check EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE5+ years project management experience at an agency or production companyBachelor's Degree in Art, Design, Marketing, Communications, Media or similar is requiredSamples of work available electronically To ApplyApplications to be made via the link provided.^ Please note: When applying please use, Google Chrome, FireFox, or Safari browsers.
