Content Producer

Manchester

Due to an increase in workloads, we are looking for a Content Producer with a primary focus on delivery of creative video & animation content, to join a very busy media team within an established events and media production company, recognised as a UK Great Place to Work, based in Cheadle, Cheshire.

A skilled storyteller, supported by a wider production team, you will work with our Creative and other media disciplines for their input to bring our clients' ideas to life. You will have overall responsibility for developing the brief with the client, budgeting, project delivery and quality. We will be looking to you to help breathe new life into client content with new ideas and techniques. A keen eye for detail is a must and collaboration is key, pulling all project elements together to deliver compelling video production. You will be challenged to create engaging work within a regulated environment and understand the need to deliver accuracy in a high turnaround, fast-paced agency business.

During a period of growth for this department, this is an exciting role with a lot of activity.... we're always looking to produce new and exciting things ...and have fun doing it!

Requirements
What will you be doing?
* Full project management of primarily video related projects which will include narrative, animation, design etc. elements
* Client liaison - developing the brief, selling ideas and solutions
* Quality checking throughout
* Monitoring budgets and project schedules/timelines
* Managing internal team members to deliver multiple concurrent projects

Requirements
* Significant experience of the full lifecycle of video production, but an appreciation for other media and digital channels is important
* Agency experience and live event agency experience in particular is desirable
* Able to create ideas and generate engaging content at pace and at volume
* Attention to detail and an excellent command of UK English grammar, spelling and punctuation for quality checking
* Happy to take directorial control for straight forward shoots/content
* Financial awareness - experience of producing and monitoring budgets
* Passion and self-motivation
* Ability to manage multiple projects at a time, calmly and efficiently
