Content Operations Executive

London

We're looking for a Content Operations Executive (5 Months FTC) to join our team in London as part of our Content function.

Your Team: You will be part of the Content Operations team delivering world-class content - live and digital - reporting to the Head of Content Operations. The Content team at LIONS is dynamic and agile and needs to respond to the evolving needs of our global audience.

Your Role: You will be passionate about delivering operational excellence to some of the most influential speakers in the industry. You will work closely with our experienced content producers and together we create a show that is celebrated globally. This is a phenomenal opportunity to build a career in speaker logistics and event operations at the place considered to be the home of creativity. You will plan, organise and deliver content operations across Cannes Lions International Festival of Creativity.

This is an exciting opportunity to work with mind-blowing speakers within the creative advertising and marketing industry and some of the most interesting people on the planet!

Key Responsibilities

Talent and asset management- concise correspondence with talent, supporting them throughout the entire speaker journey. Tasks inc collating bios, headshots, session descriptions and tracking of speaker pass registrations etc.
Work with multiple stakeholders at LIONS, particularly the content (production) managers who programme the content.
Work closely with session hosts - confidently communicate all session details, track updates and liaise with team members on any hosts/speakers special requests (greenroom, security, MUA etc).
Work with talent managers, executives, communications directors and talent themselves prior to and during our events
Collate all content sessions' technical requirements, and communicate to the production team
Oversee guest registrations and correspond with the applicant
Track all content portal updates (in-house CMS platform) and add to our content tracker on monday.com
Create rehearsal schedules and maintain them throughout the event cycle.
Communicate information relating to passes and registration enquiries
Ensure our information guides and speaker hub are up to date
Proof all talent webpages and talent marketing assets
Scheduling briefing calls with speakers and their teams
Ensure speakers and audience have an exceptional experience from confirmation to event delivery
Manage post-event communications, including collating feedback, quotes, sending photos and footage
Traveling overseas is required. You may be required to travel to Cannes Lions in June

Your Experience

Strong administrator - highly organised both in yourself and co-ordinating others, to ensure deadlines are met and that you can manage multiple tasks effectively
Strong attention to detail - we strive to ensure that everything we deliver is at a premium level
Excellent organisational and time management skills - you'll be expected to work on different projects simultaneously
Experience in event management, including onsite, is highly desirable
Ability to work calmly in a high-performing, fast-paced environment
A strong communicator who can speak confidently to all levels of seniority
