Job DescriptionWe are looking for an enthusiastic, switched-on Hybrid Content Manager / Senior Account Manager who wants to make a difference in their own career, to the agency and to their clients. The role offers an exciting opportunity to lead and own the delivery of sales and distributor toolkits for the agency's biggest global B2B client. We have an ambitious client and a brilliant relationship. In an ideal world, they would have B2B experience. Or at least an appetite for that world. They'll need to enjoy the fast-paced nature of working on the biggest account in the agency and love the satisfaction of delivering projects successfully to an extremely high standard.Reporting to the Client Delivery Director and working hand-in-hand with a brand strategist and dedicated B2B copywriter, the hybrid Content Producer / Senior Account Manager will form the hub of a new team set-up. This role is a great opportunity to execute skills across a wide range of content from distributor videos, sales sheets and presentations, trade press releases, trade press, internal newsletters, animated/static social media assets, website to digital banners, and more.This is a hybrid Content Manager / Senior Account Manager role - they will be?the client's day-to-day partner in terms of delivery, knowing the process from end to end and what needs to happen by when. They will have the ability to think ahead, spotting problems before they occur, managing client and internal expectations and contingency planning as they go. They develop close relationships and a sense of partnership with their clients and foster trust based on their ability to deliver. Internally they have strong relationships with all departments and a thorough understanding of how they work and to ensure the best outcome of clients and Publicis•Poke. They are adept and never shy away from being challenged with finding new ways to solve a problem.The hybrid Content Manager / Senior Account Manager manages projects from beginning to end from client briefings, scoping timings and costs, booking resource, briefing copywriter/designers, presenting content and ideas to clients, reviewing feedback to final upload of assets. They will have access to a dedicated copywriter however depending on the content and where appropriate, the Content Producer / Senior Account Manager will be required to create and edit content themselves. They will manage the scope of work to ensure projects are delivered within time and on budget. They proactively identify and manage risks on a project, and raises change requests appropriately.QualificationsDemonstrates strong creativity in evaluating content against the brief and messaging framework, clearly defining and explaining content ideas.Acts as a brand guardian, possessing in-depth knowledge of the brand and promoting brand insights within the team.Possesses strategic thinking skills, ensuring content aligns with the approved messaging framework and briefs while understanding and addressing client feedback effectively.Exhibits excellent business skills, understanding the client's business, translating data into insightful content, and managing financial aspects of projects.Confidently manages projects from start to finish, adeptly handling briefs, resource allocation, and project management knowledge to deliver within budget.Demonstrates strong leadership and interpersonal skills, managing team and client expectations, building positive working relationships, and constantly seeking opportunities for growth and improvement through continuous learning and proactivity.Additional InformationDiversity and inclusion is a core part of who we are at Publicis Poke.
